Okay - The hair loss has started, but I was not expecting this...

I started lossing my hair and I was prepared for that. But my whole scalp hurts like I have parted my hair wrong. If I ever comb my hair it hurts. I have cowlicks popping up all over the place and even my eyebrows are growing every which way. I have a lot of hair so I can deal with the loss, but any ideas how to deal with everythine else.
