Anyone with WLS taking Depo-Provera for Birth Control

I have been on the Depo shot for a couple of years. I had my WLS in Early Dec and I am due for my next shot. Right before I am due for my depo shot I always get bad PMS symtoms. The past two weeks I have not lost anything. Should I expect this every time I am due for a shot and how long after the shot do you usually see the weight loss again. I have to see my surgeon on Friday and I am afraid he will be disappointed in my weight loss. I know everyone is different, but can someone give me their personnal experience. Thanks
