Does anyone have UHC PPO of Ohio and find an IN NETWORK surgeon?

Im looking for a surgeon that is in network for my health insurance, (United Healthcare of Ohio Options PPO) I am in South Western Ohio. 45 minutes East of Cincinnati or so. Thank you so much for your help!
