Has anybody had a problem with hospital not receiving test results?

Hi! I did all of my pre-op testing and my doctor's office faxed it in. Has anybody gotten to the hospital and they say that they never got the test results? I know that I am obsessing but I am the type of person who says "what if" to everything. Should I bring a copy of everything to the hospital just in case? Thanks
