Has anyone had RNY at OSU hospital in Columbus, Ohio?

I am currently awaiting for approval. I am wanting to have the surgery at the Bariatric Treatment Center in Groveport, Ohio. I called my insurance company which is I.B.E.W. Local 683 (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) and they told me that they did approve the surgery for one man last year but they referred him to OSU because they said that BTC was too expensive. This makes me very nervous as I want the best possible care of course. The treatment the I would get at the BTC hospital would be much, much better. I have already had my consult so I would have to go thru all of that again. Any suggestions on how to plead my case to the ins. co. to let me have it at BTC if I am approved?
