How do you manage your stomach apron before a panni...?

I have noticed that alot of the post-op pictures are either head,neck and chest shots or a not so tight blousened shirt. If you are wearing a size 24/26, and drop down to a size 10 within the year, how do you fit that apron into those slacks? Is it a problem?
