Does anyone know of insurance you can purchase that covers obesity?

I have been approved since september, and just recently found out that my ins comp Optima is dropping this benefit as of 01/01/02. I am scheduled for surg 02/20/02. Now I can't seem to find a surgeon to fit me in between now and the end of the year. I need all the help I can get, very upset right now I feel a lifetime of pain rushing in on me.
