Has anyone in Chico California been approved by

Pacificare insurance and what Dr did you use? I have medi-cal but uc davis is running me in circles,because obviously they don't like to work on medi-cal patients,they told me 2 then a 3 year wait,and the Dr that has my paperwork is on a month vacation. Bull! I am getting pacificare and want to know who to see in Chico or the surrounding area. Any info would be great.Thanks!
