Experienced ANGELS: What did your buddy like best?

I'm going to be an angel for Jeanese for her Open RNY on 06/11. Since neither of us has been through this before, it's hard to know what will help the most post-op. I'm going to her pre-op with Dr. Weber on 06/01 and to her hospital pre-admit session, so I will be in on all those details. I'd love to hear about the things y'all did for your folks that they really enjoyed, appreciated, or that helped them get through a tough place. Thanks!
