1000 mg of Soy Protein is equal to how many grams?

I purchased a bottle of Soy Water at the health food store. 24 oz. contains 1000 mg. of soy protein. What does this translate into grams? I'm assuming it is 100 grams, but is soy protein acceptable? Michelle Curran, are you out there? :)
