Has anyone tried to get approval using this insurance plan?

I'd like to hear from anyone who has tried to get approval with the Student Injury and Sickness Insurance Plan, Washington State Community Colleges. It is administered by Commercial Travelers Mutual Insurance Co. and underwritten by Security Mutual Life Insurance Co. of NY.
