CAN ANYONE HELP ME FIND A DR. WHO ACCEPTS KY MEDICAID?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP. NEED THIS SURGERY BAD, WAS TOLD BY MY PHYSICIAN THAT MY MEDICAID WILL COVER THE COST, BUT CAN NOT FIND ONE DOCTOR WHO WILL TAKE MY INSURANCE. MEDICAID WILL ONLY PAY IF YOU HAVE THE SURGERY PERFORMED IN STATE.....ANY HELP OUT THERE???? EMAIL ME AT [email protected] THANKS SO MUCH!
