Is there a difference in pain when you don't chew well as opposed to dumping?

For two months now, I thought I was lucky...I could eat whatever I wanted. Now, twice in the last week, I've had cramps. The first time was with Taco Bell beans and it was the third time I had eaten them post op. The cramps were mild and located in the abdomen below my waist. Today, it was after eating fairly tender beef jerky (first time with this brand)...I was in a hurry because I hadn't eaten and needed to take my daughter to the doctor. Well, I had pretty bad cramps in my stomach for about an hour. I haven't had any nausea or vomiting, sweats, shakes or heart palps. I think I may have swallowed some jerky that wasn't chewed well enough. Or could this be dumping?
