What should I shop for before my surgery?

My surgery, Lap RNY is scheduled for 9/13. This weekend I want to go to the "Bread of Life" a huge natural foods and health food store in to get stuff for after surgery. What should I buy? After the third day post-op,I am on full liquids for two weeks, then pureed diet for another 4 weeks, then soft foods, etc. Can anyone recommend a good protein powder to sprinkle in my soups, etc. and good tasting protein shake I can buy while on full liquids. Any soups, etc. for the full liquids? I also want to buy vitamins to take to prevent hair loss. If anyone can recommend to me what I should be stocking up on that would be great. This is my first foray into a health/natural foods store and I have no idea what to buy!
