Has Aetna approved anyone recently---especially in KY?

Anthem has repeatedly denied me coverage for WLS, so I am planning to change to Aetna in October. I see that several site members have been approved by Aetna, but I've noticed most of them had surgery last year. Anyone out there been approved in the last six months?
