I have 2 insurances--both say surgery not covered.

I am completely convinced I want/need this surgery. I have two insurance policies--both of whom say obesity surgery is not covered. I have received support from my PCP. I have severe sleep apnea. I am waiting the information packet and forms from my selected surgeon. Does anybody have any idea what my chances of approval might be? Oh, the insurance companies I have are The New England (PPO) and Coventry (PPO). Thanks for any help you can offer!
