Refering PCP in Lansing, Mi. area???

A friend of mine is having problems with her PCP giving her a referal for WLS. She is uninformed and choses to stay that way. My friend needs to know of a PCP that she could change to that is supportive of WLS that she could get a referal from. Hope someone can help!
