Does anyone have any experience with NCHPP in Wisconsin

I am wondering if anyone has had gastric bypass surgery approved by NCHPP. They are part of Wausau Insurance Companies? I am told they have a written exclusion policy but will allow protests through a medical review program they have. I am wondering what others have had to go through to get approved by them.
