What to do to relieve pain in lower abdomen?

I'm 5 weeks past my surgery, and began getting cramping sensation in lower abdomen yesterday morning. It's gotten worse during the day and overnite. At this time I've had coffee this AM (hoped it might get things moving along), juice, water, medication, and am about to have vitamins. Could my unthinking choice of food yesterday be responsible? I had CIB, juice, water, frozen juice pop, cream of chicken soup, and 1/2" x 6" slice of pizza. Could it be the milk and cheese? These never had been a problem for me in the past, and have had CIB everyday (w/1% milk) since WLS. Should I be worried? I still have a drain tube and G tube in, am a bit low in energy (had to have two operations due to complications), and it is time for my menstrual cycle. Probably worrying about nothing, right? Any suggestions/insight would be much appreciated! Thanks, Cindy
