Daily Vomiting anyone else after surgery?

Since having the surgery on 7/29 I have had "regular" bouts of vomiting. Sometimes as little as once a day, to several times a day. Nothing comes up other than clear liquid. I have contacted both the Doc and the Nutritionist, they both say this is very common, nothing to worry about. Again ALL FOOD stays down. I have been told that this is mainly due to inflammation of the stomach and now the new exit for bowels. Anyone else have the similar type problem?
