Anyone that has been approved through Aetna, when did you see the Nutritionist?

I began my 6 mth diet last year, I'm in about the 9th month, but my PCP didn't send me to see a Nutritionist until 4/5/05. I was denied by Aetna, b/c they are stating that my 6 mth window didn't begin until 4/5/05 according to them, b/c that's when I first saw the Nurtitionist. Has anyone in the last 2 years, been on the 6 mth diet with Aetna, and then saw a Nutritionist after the diet started and still got approved for surgery, whether it was the first try or with an appeal?????
