I am 2.5 years out, and I am so frustrated, can someone relate?
I have gained about 10 to 15lbs on and off for the last 6 months, but I could always start watching my carbs again, and increase my exercise and it would come off fairly easy. Well I am up about 9lbs and I really need to get it off, but no matter how much I watch what I eat, and no matter how much exercise I do, the scales will not budge, and my clothes are not any looser either, can somebody help me PLEASE?
