Nerve/skin/burning leg pain?

Next month I will be 1 year post op. I am experiencing a traveling, burning leg pain. I believe it is nerve related. The pain moves from leg to leg and from spot to spot. It feels like a sunburn and even clothing irritates it. It is on the surface of the skin and the skin looks normal. Every day it is in a different spot or a different leg. Could this be a vitamin deficiency?
