Internal Hernia and Pregnancy

I am ten weeks pregnant and almost five years post op from a gastric bypass operation. I started having these attacks about 2 months ago, I didn't know what was happening, it seemed like a really bad gallbladder attack, but I have no gallbladder. I got the wrong dx twice, one by my PCP and once by the hospital. I haven't had a CT Scan done because of my pregnancy, but my doctor is almost certain it is an internal hernia, has anyone been pregnant and had to have an operation to repair the hernia? Any comments welcome...
