When not eating carbs, do you feel tired, weak, wimpy?
I was doing really well on eating the right foods before the holidays. Since the holidays I've been eating a lot of high carb foods. Pretzels, popcorn, buttered noodles, even some desserts. I've now hit a plateau and have decided to start fresh and do the Adkins style meal plan. I've been doing this for the last 2 weeks. Now in the last 2 weeks, I've noticed that I just feel dead tired and wimpy/weak. My co-worker said that with the Adkins diet, during the induction phase, that happens. Your body is withdrawing from the carbs. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
