is it normal the have fear at this early stage

My original date was dec8 but was cancelled due to insurance problems . I don t have a date yet and working to have the insurance approval . the past 2 days I found myself having fears and anxiety just by thinking about the surgey. I used to have severe panic ,anxiety attacks( driving over a bridges , flying, height) and was on zoloft for almost a year year.I tought it was gone but now . Did any one went through these phases please I need help. Thanks
