I have a herni to repair and want a TT at same time Help!

I have a hernia to be repaired and would like to have a TT at same time. I don't have a rash but do have constant lower back aches and find it hard to impossible to sleep with all this skin. I have BCBS Health Options INS. Has anyone gotten approved with them? Can anyone offer some good advice or letters that they think helped them get approved? Thanks.. Nicki/Maureen
