CONSTIPATION and WEIGHT GAIN

It has been 3 1/2 years since my RNY surgery. I lost 120 pounds at first and then gained about 20 pounds back( which I needed to do since I was too thin). I then maintained my weight for about 2 years. In the past year the scale has climbed another 45 pounds (65 total now). I am usually constipated and usually don't go for 5-7 days at a time. I heard that sometimes after a while people get a partial blockage from scar tissue causing the food to stay in their system longer than it should, causing them to gain weight as a result. Please advise me as I am in a panic and don't want to gain all my weight back!!! I'm already half way to gaining it all back!!!
