Does anyone know of a surgeon who performs Lap Banding in or around Dayton Ohio?

My brother-in-law is looking for a surgeon in or around Dayton that does Lap Banding. His PCP said he had never heard of the lap band. I can't believe an area the size of Dayton doesn't have SOMEONE. If you have any info, I will pass it along to him. Thanks.
