Did anyone else have back pain with Greenfield Filter (thru groin)?

Two days ago, I had a Greenfield Filter placement. They went in through my groin and since, I have been having pain in my lower back. Its very strange. It's kind of a muted, dull ache, but does not feel like a pulled muscle. It's almost as if I can feel the filter (which my surgeon says is possible)... but why in my back when they went in through the front part of my groin? Any help is appreciated.
