Can anyone tell me where to find the product *and* other professional reviews?

While reading someone's profile I saw at the bottom that they had rated a product. Where in the world do I go on this website to find/browse the product reviews? Also, can someone tell me where to find/browse the reviews of the "other professionals" (like the PCPs, etc)? Thanks for your help!
