Am having sharp/burning pain in upper right side of abdominal area.

Had gallbladder out years ago. Had open RNY 4 weeks ago. Was doing really well until started throwing up this last week. Any ideas what's going on? The area is kind of puffy, could it be a hernia? Thanks for any help/advice offered.
