How much protien do I need to eat

How much protien do I need to eat for my breakfast I have a boiled egg or scramble egg, for lunch I have chicken an cook veggies or cottage cheese. And for dinner I have fish or chicken with fresh veggies I have been exercising but for the last 2 weeks I haven't lost anymore weight inches yes but no weight. Could someone please tell me how much more do I need to up my protien to get off of this plateau.
