I've only been on Solid food for two days and vomited, is this normal?

I was on a liquid diet for four weeks, the dietician just yesterday put me on high protien for the next two weeks. she said lunch meats, eggs, cottage cheese etc. I ate a piece of lunch meat and immediatly felt nausous and vomited. Now I'm scared to eat....is this normal....what can I do to change this? I'm very freaked out, Please help.
