How do you update the comments you made about surgeon?

I need to correct something that I wrote in my surgeon comments section and for the life of me I can't figure out how to do it!! Is it just something that I can't do? I can't imagine that is the case... I must just be overlooking something. Also, do your surgery comments not show up on your "my profile" page? When I click on "view my profile" it has the link that says "view my surgery comments" but I thought that on other people's profile pages, their surgery comments showed up right there... without having to click a link. Am I just crazy? Thanks for your help, Christina
