Surgery Types- Micro Pouch or Laproscopic Bypass- which is better?

I would like to find out which is the better surgery to have. I am looking into the micro pouch orux bypass and the lapriscopic bypass but am uncertain which is best and why. I need help. I was told the lap band surgery has a high percentage of people gaining weight down the road. I am so confused.
