Has anyone around 400 lbs. had only 100 cm's bypassed....

and still been succesful? I started at 395, my dr. only does 100 cm. He said that insurances don't want to pay for more than that. Anyway, I'm a little concerned becauase from what I have read, people my size usually have close to 200 cm bypassed. Thanks,
