Does anyone have Trigon BCBS ppo and considering wls? If so what were the

requirements to qualify for this surgery. I have read that some require that I have doctor-documented diets within the last two years. I tried some prescription diet pills from doc about 4 yrs ago the pills gave me headaches and I ate anyway...I've tried several diets since then and none of them were physician monitored?? Would love to hear any suggestions/info regarding this matter. Thanks LynD
