Ok just out of curiousity, who is going by the ideal weight chart on here or by their

own personal goal weight? I am 5'2 and now at 152, I set a goal weight of 140 but now I am rethinking it to 130, according to the chart on here at 140 i am still clasified as over weight, and I dont want to be. It states my ideal weight should be 127, SO I am just wondering what you are all setting your goals at and what made you set them at that weight????
