I would like to hear from people who have done both and the success of each..

When I was pregnant and had gestational diabetes, I ate 4-5 small meals a day and lost weight through the whole pregnancy. I know I am not pregnant now but it seems like the 2 oz meals 3 times a day is not working fast enough for me. I was wondering about trying 4-5 smaller meals a day, so I have tried it for the past couple of days, I don't feel hungry at all, I know that we have to find what works for us, just wondered what you all thought?!?!
