Enlarged lymph nodes in my lungs.....

Well, in the midst of pre op testing, they found that the lymph nodes in my lungs are enlarged. The radiologist said that it is probably sarcoidosis, but we have to do a lot more testing to find out for sure, and it could be anything from an infection to cancer. Needless to say that the waiting is horrible. I was just curious if anyone else has run accross this problem and if it interfered with having the surgery. Also, if anyone had enlarged lymph nodes, what did it turn out to be. None of my other glands are swollen. I'm only 23. I just really hope it's nothing life threatening. Anyway, thanks in advance!
