has anyone had any scheduling problems with North Ottawa Hospital?

i have been waiting for a few weeks now to hear from the scheduling dept. of the hospital and the last i heard was there were some changes being made in the way they are scheduling patients. Please let me know if anyone else has had this same problem and if you have any idea what changes are being made.
