What will get rid of this gut?

I have been going to Curves about 4-5 times a week and i can see a great difference. I lost 18 lbs. and 14 lbs. body fat my first month (Sept.). But I am losing everywhere but in my lower belly. I have a large roll under my belly button and I can't seem to find an exercise that targets that area. Everything that I read about crunches says that they will build muscle but you have to get rid of the fat to see the muscle. Anyone have any ideas of what I could try? Thanks~ Candi
