I am 2 yrs post op and have about 60 lbs to go. I have not lost in month.

also a friend of mine is 3 yrs out and lost all her weight and is not all the sudden hungry all the time and gaining weight back again and very scared. I never want to go back, to where I came from. If you have stretched your pouch is there a way to shrink it again with surgery? There is a lot to this question and I hope to get some positive feed back. Thanks
