Anybody else get heartburn so bad it hurts their ears???

I have such bad heartburn. It happens occasionally after I take my medicine, happens sometimes after I eat. No rhyme or reason as to when it will happen. My ears feel like they are swimming in acid and my heart/chest and back are on fire. Help??
