Any POST-OPS have elevated liver function test?

Hi! Just went to the dr for labs.. come back with elevated liver function tests.. he accused me of drink too much or taking too many tylenol.. since I don't do either.. NO ALCOHOL 6 tylenol in 5 months... no gallbladder.. no other problems... any advice??? Five months post-op down 92lbs THANKS
