Anyone else experience sudden incontinence 3 months post?

For the past two days, I have been plagued with incontinence. It can be 5 minutes after I use the bathroom, or an hour after. If I do make it to the bathroom, only a tiny little bit. If I don't, that tiny bit is REALLY annoying. Last week, it seemed like I had to make an extra effort to empty my bladder completely. What is this? I am down fifty pounds and now this?
