What vitamins do you take for healthy hair Nails?

Since I am already taking vitamin supps I was wondering EXACTLY what vitamins or supps do I need to take for healthy hair & nails? I bought the Hair, Skin, & nail vitamins and they are just way too big to take. Do I need vitamin E? B vites? Which ones?? Thanks.
