What is this pain around my belly button??? (Seven weeks post op)

I am so confused. I am seven weeks post-op from open RNY and I am having sharp stabbing pains on the left and right side of my belly button. These pains cause me to double over and feel faint because the pain is so intense. I can't even stand or walk without the pains coming so strong that I feel like I am going to pass out. I called my doctor and made an appointment for Wed. but the pain was so bad last night that I ended up going to the Emergancy Room. They couldn't find anything wrong. WHAT IS THIS???? My bowels are working fine. I can eat and drink anything and not get sick. I don't understand. I am going to the doctor Wed. at 3:40 but would love to have some input if anyone has ever felt this.
