I had my gallbladder removed last Tuesday LAP and have a problem

One of the entry points at the naval has stayed swollen and my abdomen looks like I am about 4 months pregnant. For those of you that had your gallbladder taken out this way, is this normal? I will call the surgeon's office tomorrow if I need to, but today is Sunday and needed some input today.
